Restaurant Terms and Conditions
Please remember to cancel your reservation if you have Covid-19 or are showing any symptoms (in line with the Scottish Government advice). We reserve the right to take a temperature check if Covid-19 symptoms are suspected.
We would like you to enjoy your 21212 experience and be as close to offering our full service as we can. We will have suitable measures in place for your safety. We ask that you use our hand sanitiser when entering 21212, wear a mask at all times whilst not at the table, and show the respectful physical distance we are now accustomed to.
In line with the Scottish Government rules, we will be operating within curfew hours. Many tables, therefore, have strict restrictions as to when the table must be vacated by. We ask that you please check this information at the time of booking and be understanding that we have no flexibility over this, so please do respect the entering and exit time you have booked for.
As, of course, we need to also socially distance the team, we hope hope you will be kindly accommodating if some things are a little more leisurely.
When booking a table involving guests from different households, please do so in line with the official guidelines from the Scottish Government. This currently limits bookings to a maximum of 6 people from 3 households.
Our tables are not all large enough to be distanced from your fellow diners - only from the other tables. Please let us know in advance if you are more than 1 household when booking to see if we can accommodate you.
Bookings for 7-10 diners will be located in our private dining room on the first floor. Credit card details are required to confirm a booking of this size, and we will contact you to provide this information once you have made an online booking.
Please note that until this information is received, your booking is not confirmed.
Amendments to Reservations
21212 cannot guarantee that requests to change numbers or times can be accommodated. Please check with the restaurant at least 48 hours in advance for availability for any changes to party size, and to check availability for a request to change time of booking.
All reservations should be cancelled online, via the link in your confirmation email.
ATE table for 6 - 10 diners - 72 hours notice
The cancellation charge of £32 for lunch/£70 for dinner per person will apply for late cancellations or no shows.
Larger parties will have a separate confirmation.
Please note, 21212 can only accept children from the age of 5 upwards and with prior notice.
Here at 21212, we take allergies and dietary requirements extremely seriously and we respectfully ask all diners to inform us of any food allergies in advance. We may therefore, reluctantly reserve the right to decide upon which set of allergies and dietary requirements we feel we can accommodate. As well as using nuts, dairy and gluten which can therefore leave traces, we do use tomato, garlic and onion in great abundance. To discuss any allergy concerns please contact us directly and we can make your booking with mutual consent and full understanding.
Our menu format and classical French structure unfortunately negates us from being able to accommodate vegan diets.
Please note POD and ATE are located on the first floor, which is only accessed by the staircase. Being a Grade A listed building, we are not allowed lifts.
Access to the building, is via 5 steps and access to the main pavement from the road is via a very high kerb.
